14-Day Window
Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of delivery.
One Complimentary Exchange
Every order is eligible for one complimentary exchange.
You may exchange your purchase for:
- Another size of the same product.
- Another product of equal or greater value. Any difference in value will be payable by you.
- Receive store credit if you prefer not to exchange. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
We do not offer cash refunds.
Product Condition
Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition.
Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odour or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
How to Exchange

Share your order number, product you wish to exchange and your preferred size or product. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange the return pickup.
Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check. Your replacement will be dispatched once the product has been approved.
