This website is operated by Expo India, having its registered office at 56F, Block D, New Alipore, Kolkata-700053 (“NEUER”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

NEUER is a premium menswear brand offering apparel and related products through its website.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is considered accepted only when we confirm the order and/or dispatch the products.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

the product being unavailable;
an error in product or pricing information;
suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
an inability to verify the information provided; or
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment and banking timelines.

6. Payment

Payments may be made using the payment methods made available on the website at the time of purchase.

You agree that the payment and billing information provided by you is accurate and belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.

We do not store complete card or payment credentials on our systems where such information is processed by our authorised payment service providers.

7. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is offered, additional conditions may apply to COD orders.

We reserve the right to limit COD availability based on order value, delivery location, order history or other operational considerations.

An order may be cancelled or COD may be unavailable where we are unable to reasonably verify the order or delivery details.

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, although delivery times may be longer for certain locations or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders are shipped through reputed logistics and courier partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at the time of purchase, including email and/or WhatsApp where applicable.

While we make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics disruptions, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We offer one complimentary exchange for eligible orders, subject to product availability and the conditions of the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original packaging intact.

10. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the website. You may instead initiate a return after delivery, provided the order is eligible under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Where a cancellation is successfully processed before dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

11. Promotional Offers

From time to time, NEUER may offer promotional codes, discounts or other offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

promotional offers cannot be combined;
offers are subject to their stated terms and validity periods;
promotional codes may not be exchanged for cash; and
NEUER reserves the right to withdraw or modify an offer where reasonably necessary.
